PIPE_MOVE_PNT(nged)

NAME

pipe_move_pnt - Move a control point of a PIPE primitive.

On this page

SYNOPSIS

pipe_move_pnt pipe seg_i {x y z}
pipe_move_pnt -r pipe seg_i {dx dy dz}

DESCRIPTION

The pipe_move_pnt command moves the control point at index seg_i in the specified PIPE primitive.

Without -r, the supplied point is interpreted as an absolute location in the database’s local units. With -r, the supplied point is treated as a relative offset from the current control-point location.

The alternate command name mouse_move_pipe_pnt is also available.

EXAMPLES

Example 1. Move an existing pipe point by a relative offset.

mged> pipe_move_pnt -r fuel_line.s 3 {0 0 25}

Moves point index 3 of fuel_line.s 25 local units in the positive Z direction.
