NAME

rselect - Returns displayed items or BOT vertices within the previously defined selection rectangle.

rselect [-b bot] [-p] [-z vminz]

Returns the displayed items inside the previously defined view selection rectangle.

The implementation supports the following options:

-b bot - Return BOT vertex indices from the specified BOT instead of displayed object paths.
-p - Use partial-overlap selection.
-z vminz - Ignore candidates with view-space Z values below vminz.

The example shows one way to invoke rselect after a rectangle has been defined in the current view.

Example 1. Select from the current rectangle.

mged>rselect

Returns the displayed items contained by the current selection rectangle.
